Jocelyn Hsu has a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from George Mason University. She spent 30 years in Government Contracting working in a full spectrum of roles from business development to back-office management to front line customer delivery. For most of her career, she was a sought-after trainer, developing and teaching classes on finance, corporate systems, project management, and leadership. She spent the last five years of her career as a Chief Administrative Officer, focused on strategic management and leading successful teams. She had many wonderful mentors throughout her career and has served as both a formal and informal mentor for the past 20 years.
Aside from her professional accomplishments, she is a passionate life-long learner who has spent the last several years reading scores of books and hundreds of articles, watching TV programs, and listening to many, many podcasts on the topic of how to be happy and healthy after the age of 50. Combining her professional strengths and her personal passion, she found patterns in her research and sought to share her knowledge through the development of her workshop titled, “Flip Your Script – Finding Fulfillment When Your Purpose Shifts”.
· Assessment of current project management processes and knowledge levels.
· Recommendations for structure and processes to establish or build out a PMO.
· Documentation of project management handbook and knowledge center complete with templates, tools, and guidance.
· Training for project managers on all aspects of delivery including but not limited to transition in, service excellence, metrics and measurements, financial forecasting and budgeting, people management, and business development for PMs.
Developing and implementing program and business unit reviews.

The target audience for the workshop is adults who are considering what life will be like in retirement and/or after an empty nest. The primary focus is adults who are financially secure, who have spent much of their energy on their kids and/or career and may have neglected their own health and happiness. However, the materials are applicable to adults at any stage in life.
The program works through six research-based components of leading a fulfilling life. In each section, participants take an assessment, review scientific studies explaining why each component is important, discuss thought-provoking questions, and make a plan of action to improve any growth areas. The last section of the program creates overall goals and a maintenance plan.
The program may be offered in person or virtually, in one six-hour session or four two-hour sessions.
